Right-handed pitcher Bartolo Colon has signed a contract with the Atlanta Braves, according Mark Bowman of MLB.com. The deal is pending until the 43-year-old passes a physical.

The move comes one day after the Braves signed former Blue Jays knuckleballer R.A. Dickey. Dickey, 42, and Colon are the two oldest pitchers in baseball.

MLB Network’s Ken Rosenthal reports the deal is for one season and worth $12.5 million.
