Zach Werenski’s rookie season with the Columbus Blue Jackets was cut short after he took a puck to the face in a playoff game against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
That play, which you can watch above, left Werenski with a very painful looking bruise that’s still hard to look at.
Well, four months later, Werenski looks almost as good as new. The Michigan native was spotted at the Detroit Tigers game on Friday night and besides a small cut below his eye, looks like his old self again.
